Request an RMA
Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by providing your order details and product serial number.
Secure Packaging
Place the memory modules in their original anti-static packaging and protective casing to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the items to our designated service center using a trackable courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
